MaidaSMELLIEREBECCAand Sandy and their families, would like to thank all relatives and friends, both at home and abroad, for the many expressions of sympathy, cards and letters received and for all the support given, following the sad loss of BEC.We would especially like to thank Rev. Dan Carmichael, for his words of comfort and for conducting the funeral service and J.& D. Lawson Ltd for their calm and seamless arrangements.Mum had a long and full life, giving much to her family, friends and the community. She was able to stay, as she wished, in her own home until recent weeks, as a result not only of the high quality of professional care she received, but the large and small acts of kindness and help shown by many.In her last weeks, Mum settled happily in Whitefield Lodge Care home, Lennoxtown, and was planning for the future, including looking forwards to taking part in summer outings.Thank you to all who made this possible.
