Kathleen (Kate) TheSMALLWOODfamily of the late Kathleen Smallwood of Heyfields Nursing Home, Barlaston wish to thank all those people who were involved with Kathleen throughout her long illness, special appreciation to the teams from the catholic churches of Norton and Barlaston, the health and social care teams in Stoke-on-Trent, also the staff at Heyfields who supported her through her long final journey.
