Phyllis MaySLATERNee Earp Sadly passed away at Queen's Hospital, Burton, on Thursday 20th September 2018, aged 92 years. Now reunited with her beloved husband Colin. Dearly loved mum to Chris and Rob, mother-in-law to Chris and Sharron and nan to Ben and Sammy, Nick, Tom, Laura and Ed, Harriet and James. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral will take place at Fradley Crematorium on Wednesday 10th October 2018 at 11:30am. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Phyllis will be sent to St. Giles Hospice.
