SHRETERThe family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards, Mass cards and flowers following their sad loss of Max, beloved husband, father, fatherin-law, uncle and papa. Sincere thanks to all doctors, staff and especially district nurses Catherine, Jane and Lynn at Doune Health Centre, to all the girls from ILS for their care and attention to Max, to the staff of Ward A11 at F.V.R.H. for their kindness and compassion during Max’s last days and to Father Pat Boylan, hospital Chaplain. Special thanks to Father Jim McCruden for his spiritual care of Max over the years, support to the family, comforting words and uplifting funeral Mass. Sincere thanks to Mr Andrew Anderson for the excellent funeral arrangements and for his care and kindness. Thank you to all who paid their respects at St. Fillan’s Church and at Kilmadock cemetery. The retiral collection of £360 was donated to the British Lung Foundation.
