The dearly beloved husband of Doreen, he was much loved dad of Sharron and Kathryn, dear father-in-law of Patrick and Andrew and loving grandad Bernie Babes of Thomas, Jack, Emily and Jessica. A service to give thanks for Bernard's life will be held at Accrington Town Hall on Wednesday, October 30, at 11.30am, followed by a private family committal. No black ties by request please, all colours welcome.
