SylviaSCOTTSadly passed away peacefully at Lindum House Care Home age 81.
Dearly loved wife of Phil, loving mum to Paul and Sophie, much loved grandma to Louie and Alice.

A service to celebrate Sylvie's life will be held at Chanterlands Crematorium (large chapel)
on Tuesday 20th January at 1.30pm.
All welcome afterwards at the Lodge, Saltshouse Road, Hull.

No flowers please but donations to Dove House and Teenage Cancer Trust.
