Grateful thanks to Dr. Martin-Hirsch and the E.N.T Team and Staff on Ward 8C, Calderdale Royal Hospital, Dr. Khaliq of Birkby and the community Nursing Team, and all the staff at Kirkwood Hospice for all their care. Special thanks to Canon Eugene McGillycuddy and all who concelebrated the Requiem Mass, and the Priest and Parishioners at St. Patrick's.
