The much loved Husband of Lyn, loving Dad to Adam and James, beloved Son of Brenda and the late Colin and Brother to Colette, also a dear Son in law, Brother in law, Uncle and friend to many.
Funeral service to take place at Rochdale Crematorium on Friday 23rd October at 3.00pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Rochdale Rugby Club Minis and Juniors.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Darren who was so highly regarded by our clients and colleagues. They spoke so warmly of his kindness, reliability and willingness to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always ready to go the extra mile.

We are incredibly grateful for Darren’s dedication and for the positive impact he had on those around him. He will be fondly remembered.

Our deepest thoughts and condolences are with Darren’s family and loved ones at this very difficult time.

His sporting ability was obvious to me almost 40 yrs ago as his football manager .
A ‘good lad’ and a pleasure to have known him . Someone has got the best centre half !
