David IanSANDERSONJanet, Anna and the family of the late David would like to express our sincere gratitude for all the support and help from relatives and friends and for all the cards, gifts, flowers and kind words we have received at this sad time. Thanks also to the following: • The District Nurses, Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie Care Team, Newsome GP Surgery and Kirkwood Hospice Palliative Care team who helped us to care for Dave at home in the last few weeks of his life. • Michael and the staff at Co-op Funeralcare, Martyn Jones – Celebrant for his kind words, Kath for the Flowers and the staff at the Rat and Ratchet pub. • Everyone who attended Dave’s funeral and apologies to those who made the effort to attend but could not get into the service. • Everyone who made a donation which will be divided between the following charities Macmillan Cancer, Marie Curie and Kirkwood Hospice.
