Alfred HenrySAGEaged 84 years died peacefully in the presence of his family at the Macmillan Ward, Eryri Hospital, Caernarfon. His wife Menai, Tony, Stuart, Shirley and their families wish to thank the Reverend Gwenda Richards, Dr. Gwilym Evans, District Nurses and Staff at Market Street Surgery, Dr. Fowell and all the Staff at the Eryri Hospital for all their care and attention, family and friends for the numerous cards and donations, £813, received for the Macmillan Ward, Eryri Hospital and Caernarfon Ambulance Unit.
