KeithRYDERMr Keith Vincent Ryder, of Eccles, passed away on Sunday, December 5, aged 65. The beloved son of the late Vincent and Margaret, father of David and Peter, brother of Karen and her husband Alan, Keith also leaves five grandchildren. A hard working man, after attending Holy Family school, Keith began his career as a mechanic at Rothwell’s, before moving to Moseley’s Bakery, and then spent many years as a forklift truck engineer, spending the last 26 years working for Sodexo at Trafford Park. He was highly thought of by all his colleagues, and was known as a character with a great sense of humour. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing on the canal, holidays at his caravan, organising his fantasy football team and horse racing. He was also a supporter of Burnley Football Club. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The funeral will be at Accrington Crematorium on Wednesday, December 22 at 1.40pm. Family flowers only. Funeral director: Hyndburn Funeral Services, Oswaldtwistle.

Keith was a great guy who was always willing to help anybody .
I worked with Keith for a long time and he had a great sense of humour and myself and my colleagues will always miss him and the workplace won't be the same without him.
