Clifford Gordon (Gord)ROSE25-03-1930 - 18-10-2022 Diane and family wish to thank everyone for their kind words, cards, flowers and phone calls received after the sad loss of Gordon. Our thanks especially go to Ruth, Funeral Director of Simnetts for her support and advice, Jacqui Alexander, Civil Celebrant of Vale Ceremonies for her patience, input and readings during the service, MM Care Services, Monica, Faye, Isobel, Maria, Nicky, Sheva, Mohammed, Ash and Nick who helped keep Gord comfortable during his last weeks. No one could have been more caring of him. My love and thanks to all of you. Boutique Florist, the flowers were beautiful, especially the robin who brought a smile to our faces. Thanks also to Mr Appleton, the staff and children of Cherry Tree Hill Primary School for the banner hung from the school fence opposite our home, thanking Gordon for all his smiles and waves to the children and their parents over many years. To all the lovely people who stood in the rain outside our home to bid him farewell, thank-you. To everyone who attended Gord's funeral, thank-you, you all turned his day into something special. Thanks go to my brother Bryan, Val, Sarah, Katherine and Ruby for all the support you gave me. Last but certainly not least, my love goes to Gabrielle, Coralie, Chris, Steve and Arabella for the love and support you gave me whilst grieving yourselves for your Dad and Grandpa. Following your kind donations, in Gord's memory £200 has been donated to the PDSA and £200 to Rainbows Children's Hospice.
