Funeral service to be held at the Bluebell Chapel Stockton Crematorium on Wednesday 17th April at 2.30pm prior to cremation.
Friends please meet at the Bluebell Chapel.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Alzheimer's Society. Retiring collection at the chapel.
