ValerieROBINSONPeacefully on Tuesday, January 19 at Altham Care Home, Valerie, aged 82. A much loved colleague and friend to many. Val served most of her life working for the Lancashire Constabulary where she was a well respected colleague. In her spare time she loved making her own jewellery and creating lovely beading work. A party after hours with her work friends was often looked forward to; she loved to dance. In her later years Val moved into the care of Altham Care Home; she was loved there by all of the staff, and her smile brightened up their day. Val will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her. A private funeral service was held at Accrington Crematorium on Monday, February 1.
