Special thanks to the Ambulance Service and the Doctors and Nursing staff of ward 6D Calderdale Royal Hospital for the care and devotion shown to Bert. To Rev Martin Parrott Hospital Chaplain, for his support during a difficult time and to all those friends who provided transport to and from the hospital over the last 6 weeks.
