So sorry to hear this sad news. Carol was such a character at Craikhill surgery. A whirlwind of efficiency and very funny with her poems etc. We have fond memories of her. She will be sadly missed by many.
Love and condolences to Paul, Hannah and James.

Our thoughts are with the whole family at this sad time.
Carol was one of a kind, a most extraordinary woman. So caring, so thoughtful, and could talk her way around anything (which will always make me smile). My adult children still speak of the huge bag of sweets Carol did for them for a train journey to London when they were 16, that was 13 years ago. Carol always thought of everyone else, I am blessed to have the fond memories of her that I do. A fantastic role model in work and family life, how lucky we were to have had lunch together in June this year.
RIP Carol.

Carol was a wonderful person and great guide when I first became a magistrate. It has been two decades since I last saw her, but her guidance and influence lives on and I am grateful to have known her.
