Passed away peacefully at home aged 80 years.

Reunited with her beloved Husband Ken. Much loved Mum of Susan, David, Lindsey and Kerry. Proud Nan of Michael, Louie and James and Great-Nan of Lily and Calvin.

Pat will be very much missed by all of her loving family and friends.

Funeral service to be held at 3:20pm on Tuesday October 21st at Anfield Crematorium.

Donations in memory of Pat may be made to The Alzheimer's Society.
