Kate Kome OikadaPWAISIHOOn Wednesday 24th July 2019, peacefully in hospital, Kate aged 70 years. Beloved and loving Wife of Bishop William, loving Mother of Barbara, Lorraine, William, Hornald and Kate, loving and devoted Grandmother of William, Henry, Leona and Jack, dearly loved Mother-in-Law to Jeffrey, James, Miriam and Vaida and a dear Brother of William and Joseph. Kate will be missed greatly by all who knew her. A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving will take place at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday 21st August at the Parish Church of St James The Great, Gawsworth followed by Interment in a family grave in the Solomon Islands at a later date. Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the St Martin's Church Building Fund.
