Sincere thanks to Llwynhendy Health Centre, MI Homecare, Mynydd Mawr Ward at Prince Philip Hospital and the district nurses for the wonderful care and kindness shown to Moreen. Also special thanks to Social Worker Rachel Carey for her continued support. Thank you to all who donated to Wales Air Ambulance in lieu of flowers.
