Kenneth GilbertPRING04.10.25 - 22.03.08 Following a long illness so bavely borne, Ken, passed away on March 22, 2008, at The Royal Glamorgan Hospital. A devoted husband of Marion, loving father to Gaynor and Alyson, father-in-law to David and Ian, cherished grandfather to Jonathan, Kelly and Gareth and great-grandfather to Chloe, Sadie and Ella. Marion and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards and messages of sympathy and support received and for the donations received in lieu of flowers for Cancer Research. Special thanks to the Macmillan Nurses and District Nurses who cared for Ken at home and to the staff at Ward 3 of The Royal Glamorgan Hospital. Grateful thanks also to the Minister, Alistair Swinford for the warm and comforting words at Ken's home and at Glyntaff Crematorium. Ken will be sadly missed but will be forever in our hearts and thoughts.
