JohnPOYNTONThomas (Jack) Of Polesworth passed away peacefully 28th December, 2013, aged 94. Beloved husband to the late Lilian, and greatly missed by his daughter Alison, family and friends. A larger than life character who will never be forgotten. Funeral service to take place Monday, 13th January at 2pm at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium.
