AnthonyPOWERMr Anthony Robert Power, of Nuttall Street Mews, Accrington, passed away in the Royal Blackburn Hospital on Sunday, June 13, aged 51. During his life Anthony worked as a plasterer for different people over the years, most recently for Melvin Burton before he slowed down the pace due to his health. In his spare time he greatly enjoyed going out for long walks with his dogs. A dearly loved partner of Edwina, friend to Adam, cherished son of Deidre and the late Raymond, stepdad to Nick, Jane and Simon, brother of Christine, Michael and Jean, brother-in-law to Fred, Emma and John, and also a loving uncle and great-uncle. Anthony will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A private funeral service will be held for immediate family and close friends only, due to the current government restrictions. Family flowers only please, but donations are being gratefully received to help towards the funeral and can be made by phone, by post, or by envelope drop off at the funeral home.
