MayPOSSEEOn 21st September 2016, peacefully at the Alexandra Unit, Dumfries Infirmary, May Possee nee Thomson of Cairnkinna Crescent, Thornhill, beloved wife of Derek, a much loved mother of Michael & Andrew, a dear mother-in-law and a loving granny of Alexander, Kai & Ava. A graveside service will take place at Morton Cemetery, Thornhill on Friday 30th September at 11am to which all friends are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please. A retiring collection will be taken for the Alexandra Unit in May's memory at the service.

I don't have a lot of memories of you but the ones I do are filled with love. From dancing in your living room of Christmas to driving to the caravan and you singing. I'm sure everyone who knew and loved you was aware of how kind, funny and loving you were.

I don't have a lot of memories of her but the ones I do have are filled with love and happiness. Dancing at your house on Christmas or driving to the caravan and you singing. You were filled with love, happiness and kindness and I'm sure everyone who knew and loved you was aware.

My dearly loved guardian and sorely missed Gran, was peaceful, kind, funny and warm to everyone she knew, and those she didnt. Always trying to help others, putting everyone before herself. She will be forever missed, and has left a hole in my heart.
