Dear Phyllis, so sorry for your passing. It was always a joy to meet you with your dogs in our walks. You gave so much of your time to us all, both as a County Councillor and as an interested member of the community. We will always miss seeing you marching past with your beautiful dogs, or meeting you when out with ours. There will be so many wagging tails waiting to greet you on your new journey. Rest in Peace lovely lady.

Condolences to your family and friends who have been left behind. Much love from us all Elizabeth and Bill xxx

We are so sorry to hear the sad news of Phyllis's death, she was a wonderful, kind and caring person and our thoughts are with her family at this difficult time
We were lucky enough to have two puppies from her and they were exceptional and gave us such joy.

So very sorry to hear this sad news, Phyllis was such a kind and sweet lady and although I only knew her in later years through her work as a Ward Councillor, I am so grateful I had the chance to spend some time with her. May she rest in peace, reunited with her beloved husband ❤️ xxx
