Suddenly on 21st April 2014, aged 66 years, Grace Pamela (nee Reed), wife of Malcolm, beautiful mother of Samantha and Tracey, mother-in-law to Graham and Andrew and an adored grandma to Olivia, Chloe, Kyle and Holly. Service to take place at South Shields Crematorium on Thursday 1st May at 11.30am. Rest in Peace Mam. Love you forever xx.
