JohnPHILLIPSAged 81 years. Passed peacefully away on 5th January 2009 at Stafford hospital. Will be sadly missed. A much loved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 21st January at 3.00pm at St. Chads Church, Chadsmoor followed by a burial at St. Peters churchyard.
