John StuartPERKINSIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr John Stuart Perkins on 4th November 2023, aged 92. After retiring as a technical college lecturer he moved to Exeter in 2001 and was active in the local community. He was a much-loved husband, father, uncle and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
