Funeral service to take place on Monday 28th March at Stafford Crematorium at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Stafford Hospital Ward 10 c/o Co-operative Funeral Care, 49 Park Road, Cannock, WS11 1JN Tel: 01543 572644 Peace at last.
