Phyllis MaryPAXFORD10.10.1922 - 02.04.2008 Passed away on April 2, at Mountain Ash Hospital, Phyllis was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Gerald and Deborah would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and messages of sympathy at this, such a sad time. Donations in lieu of flowers will go partly to Saint Joseph's Church, Cwmaman and Macmillan Cancer Care. We wish also to thank all the staff at Pen-Rhiw Ward, Mountain Ash Hospital, who cared for Phyllis with total care and dignity in her final weeks. Many thanks also to Geraint and Dale of T.
