Edward MartinPATTENWe are sorry to hear of the sudden and peaceful passing of Edward Patten of Manchester and formerly Derreens Achill.

Predeceased by his parents Martin and Catherine and his sister Bernadette.

Our Sincere condolences to his sisters Mary O'Brien (Limerick) Anne Lowry (Galway) Julia Ott (Galway) and Grace Ellis (London), his Aunt Anne McGuane (US), Neices, Nephew, Cousins and Friends.

May he rest in peace.

Funeral service to be held at Manchester Crematorium on Wednesday 18th March 2026 at 2.00pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation.

Edward Martin Patten - We will always remember our meetings (principally 4 o'clock on a Monday afternoon in the Lloyds) with fond memories,laughs,stories (mainly about football and music!!!!) and experiences. Our lives were certainly enriched and touched by your personality and immense character. Our friend,"Ted" as he was happy to be called by us - everybody else preferred
the more "formal" Edward!! Both were respectfully terms of endearment and friendship.
