SheilaPARKINPARKIN (Burnopfield). Formerly of Low Fell. Sheila's husband Ken and son Mark, wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and ex work colleagues for the expressions of kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, also for the many cards and letters of condolence and donations made to Macmillan Nurses. Many thanks to the doctors and staff at Cedars Medical Group, Burnopfield and to staff at the pharmacy. Special thanks go to Macmillan Nurse Heather Parkin for the care and attention that she gave to Sheila. Thanks also to the Reverend Gary Birchall for an uplifting service which was a comfort to us all and to Andy Williams and the staff at Co-operative Funeralcare, Stanley who conducted and directed the arrangements and funeral in a most efficient manner.
