LoudenPARKERDied in St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, after a brief illness shortly after his 96th birthday. Born in Colne, Lancashire, he moved south in the late 1930s to work in the expanding aviation industry at Vickers-Armstrongs (Aircraft) Ltd (later to become BAC and finally British Aerospace). He and his wife, Dorothy, were married for 59 years and always lived in Addlestone. Louden was a quiet man, who cared for and supported Dorothy, particularly as they grew older together. He also took a keen interest in politics and current affairs and up to the day he was taken ill, he walked to the local shop to buy his daily newspaper. He leaves his wife Dorothy, sons Nigel and Alan and grandson, Adam.
