Special thanks to Doctors and staff of the High Dependency Unit S.R.I. and staff and Doctors of Mayfield and Viewfield surgery. Many thanks to Rev. Gary McIntyre for his comforting service, David Henderson-Lloyd for their sensitive handling of the funeral arrangements in particular Dean and staff at the Royal Ivy Hotel for their personal yet professional catering service. Thanks to all who attended the church and graveside in such adverse weather conditions. Thank you for the kind donations of which a sum of £481 was collected and donated to Rachel House Children's Hospice.
