The family would like to convey their most sincere and grateful appreciation to those who attended the funeral at Sheen and also for the kind messages, cards and donations received following their sad loss. Special thanks go to Park Medical Centre Leek, the nursing staff who gave Elsie care at home, The MacMillan Hospice Nurses and the Staff at Tree Tops Care Home Leek who cared for Elsie in her final days. Also our grateful thanks go to The Rev. Arthur Hack and of course David H. Smith for all their help and assistance given with the funeral arrangements.
