SusanO LEARYO'LEARY Susan Susan passed away peacefully at home in her sleep after a short illness, with her beloved family at her side. Thank you to family and friends for the lovely floral tributes. We would like to give a special thanks to Paula and her team at Age Concern, especially Gill, Janet and Jane. Sue loved working there. We would also like to thank Tina and the team of District Nurses who made her last days comfortable. And we cannot forget the Pilgrims Hospice or the Marie Curie Nurses. A big heartfelt thank you to you all. Sleep peacefully sweetheart, Love Mick and the boys.
