Andy loved spending time and making special memories with his Late Grandparents Norman Fussey, Kath and Mick Northwood. May Andy rest in peace with his beloved dad Paul. Karen (his Mum) and Emma( his partner) wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Also for the cards, beautiful floral tributes, and generous donations to Myotonic Dystrophy, Nottingham. Thanks to Margaret Bowler from M.D.S.G. who travelled from Nottingham for being so kind and thoughtful. Thanks to the Doctors and staff at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital H.D. Unit, and to Alison, Sophie and Doctors at the H.D Unit for the kindness and compassion shown to Andy. Special thanks to Paul Speed and Jamie for reading and writing such lovely, moving tributes to their Late friend Andy. Thanks to Mr Anthony Spitteler for a comforting service and to Mr Paul Webster and staff of Co-op Funeralcare in Grimsby for such a lovely, moving service, a beautiful tribute capturing the essence and how very precious Andy is.
