The family of the late Pat Nicholson would like to thank the caring teams of special people, Dr. Colman of Ward 25 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kerry and team at the Queen Elizabeth Chapel of Rest also Chaplain Peter Jones. Special thanks to Fr. Patterson at St. Patrick's Church for a beautiful service also Catherine and team from the Co-operative Funeral Care, Gateshead and our beloved family and friends for their cards, flowers, thoughts of Pat and fondest memories. Pat was a loving wife, mam and grandma, also a dearest sister, sister-in-law, auntie and beloved friend to many. Sorrow is part of the cost of love, but precious memories of that love will always remain. Pat will always be missed. Pat will be forever loved xxx
