KathleenNAPPER(Kath) On February 17th suddenly but peacefully at The R.D.&E. aged 83 years. Wife and best friend of the late Reg, dear mother of Jacqueline and son-in-law Les, special nan to Kate and Nigel, Zoe and Ray and niece Cynthia and a loving sister to Olive and Joan. Great-nan Napper to her precious great-granddaughter Ruby who gave her so much love and laughter. We will all miss you. Sleep tight and God bless. Funeral service in St. Peter's Chapel, Exeter and Devon Crematorium on Monday February 26th at 1.45pm.
