Sorry I missed my old mates funeral. I met Billy when I was 16 at the Morris in 1956 and always stayed in touch. Had some great times and good cracks over the years. Thinking of Billy’s wife and family x

Wonderful, wonderful man, who could light up a room with his stories. Always entertaining and a very welcome guest to some of our Christmas day dinners and very sorely missed. Lovely gentleman and condolences to Tracey and family

Rest in peace Uncle Bill. Can’t believe you’re gone. You were such a huge part of my childhood growing up. Always looked forward to your yearly trips home to Hortland with Tracey. I will always be grateful that I got to see you during some of my recent trips to Coventry. Condolences to Tracey and all the family. Rest in eternal peace Bill.
