RichardMOTLERMr Richard (Dick) Motler passed away peacefully in hospital on Monday, June 21, aged 94. Richard was a very independent bachelor and spent most of his working life as a design engineer at Howard and Bullough, later Platt Saco-Lowell, laterly working on the design of open end spinning machines. He was a very keen photographer, calligrapher, and loved classical music. He was also a life member of Globe Club, where he played a decent game of snooker. His friends would like to offer their sincere thanks to the Hyndburn Hub and Social Care service for their help. The funeral was due to be held at Accrington Crematorium on Thursday, July 1, at 3pm. Funeral Director: Hyndburn Funeral Services, Queens Road, Accrington.
