DianeMOOREPassed away peacefully after a long illness at Clova House Residential Home on 9th December 2021 aged 81 years. A dearly loved Partner to John and Mum to Alan. A service for Di will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Tuesday 4th January 2022 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, however donations may be given in lieu at the service for Dementia UK.
