AudreyMOOREMOORE Idanwen, Audrey and family of the late Tom Garden (Tommy Moore) wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone for the sympathy and kindness shown to them in their recent sad loss, for the numerous cards, visits, flowers and phone calls and the generous donation of £2318.10 received towards Fron Deg home for adults with learning difficulties, in memory of Tom. Special thanks to the Staff on Moelwyn Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd for their care and kindness given to Tom during his short stay. To Ruth and Dick, Eirwen and Jack for their unfailing support and kindness. Finally thanks to Mr Dafydd Charles Thomos and the Reverend Sue Jones for their sincere tributes and service on the day of the funeral, and to the organist Mr Wyn Williams and Mr Dafydd Bullock for the loan of his CD and Mr J.P. Turner for his efficient funeral arrangements. Diolch o galon i bawb.
