Kathleen MaryMILSOMKath married her best friend and love, Barry on 14th November 1959. She was a committed, loving mother to Sue, Mother-in-law to Hugh, Nanny to Aaron and Sarah and Nanny G to Hazel. A much loved sister, sister-in-law and auntie who loved all flowers.
Kath's life ended before we were ready. The time she spent in our lives was memorable, full of love, strength and dignity.
Kath bravely passed away following a short period of ill health and frailty at home, her favourite place with Sue, Hugh, Aaron, Sarah and Hazel, and not complaining once. Her biggest resilience throughout life, she never complained.
As her family, we want to honour her with a ceremony to commemorate her gentle, quiet and unassuming life at Ty-Hedd Funeral Home on Monday 29th June 2026 at 10:00 am.
The most important charity to Kath was Macmillan Cancer Support. As a memorable final farewell and instead of flowers, if you wish to consider making a small donation to Macmillan Cancer Support, we would be eternally grateful in her memory.
