Mum, I made so many promises to you over the past few months, little did I know everything we talked about was for a reason. I won’t miss your scotch eggs, suet pudding, sausage rolls or apple pie, because you made sure we all knew how to make them just like you. All our babies will talk about you, remember you and know all your weird little ways because we know you wanted to be here, to be with them and us for longer. You’ve spent your life helping us to be the strong people we are today, and that’s what will get us through. We love you, miss you.
