TomMCVICKERMr Tom McVicker passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 6 surrounded by his loving family. The dearly beloved husband of Marvin, a much devoted father to Manny, Tom, Elizabeth and Nathalie. A much loved father-in-law to Melanie, Leigh and Paul. A very loving Nanu to Zane, Bobby, Finley, Vienna, Harvey, Jooles, Thomas, Charlie, Isabella, Amelia and Marley. A loving brother to Alice, Maureen, Kathleen, Charlie and Harry. Also a much loved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Having lived in Accrington for many years, Tom was a keen golfer and well known local pub landlord in The Commercial Hotel, Clayton-le-Moors, The Cemetery Hotel in Accrington and The Castle pub in Clitheroe. Tom had a wonderful sense of humour, strength and ‘larger than life’ character that all who met him will fondly remember him by. A cremation was due to be held on Thursday, October 14 at 1pm at Accrington Crematorium.
