Special thanks to the family doctors Caudwell and Wainwright and also Dr Groves and staff at Queenscourt Hospice for their every care and attention. Grateful thanks also to Rev Canon Dr Rod Garner and Mrs Sue Palmer for their kind ministrations and to all the staff at Moisters for their help and dignified funeral arrangements.
