Many thanks to Dr Iain Galbraith and Alice McWilliam for their very special musical contributions to the funeral service, Co-op Funeralcare for efficient funeral arrangements and Stables Restaurant for catering. Donations, in lieu of flowers, gratefully received, amounted to £550 sent to Macmillan Cancer Support and Marie Curie.
