Philip JamesMAYNEPassed away suddenly at Royal Derby Hospital after a short illness, aged 75 years.

Beloved husband of Linda, devoted dad to Gary and Christopher, cherished father-in-law to Michelle and Stacey. Treasured grandad to Codie, Joey, Charlie, Lillie and Suraya. Brother to the late Ray.
Phil will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
Please wear a splash of colour, all black need not be worn.

Funeral Friday 27th February, service 1:30pm at Lichfield and District Crematorium.

Family flowers only please. Donations in memory will benefit 'St Giles Hospice' and can be placed in the collection box at the service.
