Cyril moved to Merthyr from Suffolk in 1962, a resident of Heolgerrig, he worked at Teddington Aircraft Controls until its closure, he also worked briefly for Hoover and Moss Gears before settling with British Telecom as an operator in the Merthyr Exchange until his retirement in 1988. We would also like to thank everyone who attended the cremation service and all those who sent cards and flowers. Donations will be forwarded for pick's disease research. Thanks also to the Staff at Glyndwr Ward at St Tydfil's Hospital for their care of Cyril. The service was conducted at the family home and Llywdcoed Crematorium by the Rev Martyn Davies of St David's Church. Funeral arrangements were carried out by Raymond Iles and Son with the greatest dignity and respect.
