DeanMASSEYJill and all the family would like so very much, to take this opportunity of expressing their most heartfelt thanks of appreciation to all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the help and support received at this difficult time and for all the many cards of condolence and generous donations received for the Radiotherapy Dept at the R.S.U.H in memory of Dean. We would most especially like to thank Kim Mason for the thoughtful and comforting service to celebrate Dean's life, Rachelles for the beautiful flowers provided for the funeral and to all at S.
